How do you count users?
It's the number of users on your Jira site. Atlassian uses the same count for your other Marketplace apps.
What's included in the free tier?
Everything. If your Jira site has 10 users or fewer, you get every feature and don't pay anything.
Is there a limit on rows or syncs?
No. Set up as many syncs as you want, as big as you want.
If I start with Import and switch to Sync later, do I set it up again?
No. Sync picks up where the import left off, so you don't have to map anything again.
How do I pay?
Through the Atlassian Marketplace. It shows up on the same bill as your other Jira apps.
